New Year Resolutions: Fitness

This is my last post for 2012. So far I'm not off to a good start with today's New Year's Resolution linky.  This recliner won't let go of me.  I plan to get up soon and go to my brother's house for a little New Year's get together.

As far as fitness, can I count checking in/out books, processing books, re-shelving books, and walking to class?  I'm just saying...  Seriously, I would like to start doing Zumba again.  I was going once a week, whether I felt like it or not.  I would always feel so much better after going.  It's not the same when I do Zumba with the Wii.  I like the feedback from the Zumba instructor.  Any workout is useless if you're not doing it right.  My favorite instructor is fun, funny, and just awesome.

Part of my fitness resolution for 2012 was to get to bed earlier each night.  I was able to do that after becoming the librarian.  I need to add eating healthier to 2013's resolution. Maybe my grand-daughter and I will have a vegetable garden this summer. We were able to eat good last summer, thanks to a friend's CSA.  I also feel like I need to get a workout buddy and a workout plan.
